2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipment: If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 1 hour of placing your order. Orders can only be canceled before they have been processed for shipment. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

  • After Shipment: If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, you will need to return the items according to our Return Policy. Shipping costs incurred are non-refundable.

3. Refunds

  • Eligibility: To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, and within 30 days of receipt. The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to, clearance items, personalized or custom-made products, and gift cards.

  • Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

  • Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos and a description of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  • Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days. We will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item and will send you the correct item or issue a refund as necessary.
